Welcome to bet5. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bet5 online gaming platform, including the website located at https://bet5.im, all associated mobile applications, and any services, games, or products offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by bet5 under an international gaming licence.

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are written in English and, in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between translations, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "bet5", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the bet5 Platform and all associated entities operating under the international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bet5 Platform.
• "Account" — means the individual player account registered on the Platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password.
• "Balance" — means the total PKR funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, free bet, cashback, or similar incentive. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or any other eligible product on the Platform.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification via CNIC or passport, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where required.
• "PKR" — means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the default transaction currency on the bet5 Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" — means a voluntary restriction mechanism by which a Player suspends their own access to the Platform for a defined period or permanently.

To be eligible to register a bet5 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are registering on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a business entity or on behalf of a third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of bet5 or any associated entity, nor an immediate family member of such persons;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, to the extent that such prohibition applies to you;
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the bet5 Platform;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid Pakistani CNIC number or passport number. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

bet5 reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bet5 will result in the suspension of your Account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts detected by bet5's systems or compliance team will be closed, and any balances or winnings in duplicate accounts will be forfeited without recourse.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bet5 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request from someone claiming to represent bet5, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately to [email protected].

You must notify bet5 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised person or that your login credentials have been compromised. Until such notification is received and acknowledged by bet5, you remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

bet5 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides a significantly higher level of protection against unauthorised access.

bet5 operates automated security monitoring systems that detect unusual login patterns, including access from new devices, unusual geographic locations, or rapid succession of failed login attempts. In such cases, bet5 may temporarily suspend your Account and require additional identity verification before restoring access. This is done solely for your protection.

All financial transactions on the bet5 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — Instant mobile wallet deposits; withdrawals typically processed within a few hours;
• EasyPaisa — Fast e-wallet transfers; same-day processing for verified accounts;
• HBL — Direct bank transfer; processing within 1–2 business days;
• UBL — Direct bank transfer; processing within 1–2 business days;
• Meezan Bank — Islamic banking-compliant transfers; processing within 1–2 business days;
• Visa / Mastercard — Accepted for eligible international cardholders.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per calendar day. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard and may be adjusted by bet5 at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure the integrity of the withdrawal process. bet5 reserves the right to request additional documentation — including source-of-funds evidence — before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

bet5 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bet5's control. Any currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors are also borne by the player.

Deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether another person's JazzCash wallet, bank account, or card — are prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of your Account pending investigation.

From time to time, bet5 offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, free bets, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and other incentives ("Promotions") to eligible players. Each Promotion is subject to specific Terms & Conditions published at the point of issue, which supplement and form part of these Terms.

General conditions applicable to all Promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Promotional offers are available to verified, eligible players aged 21 or above only;
• Each Promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method;
• Bonus Funds are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual Promotion terms;
• Bonus Funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period;
• bet5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring offers already accepted by players in good faith;
• The use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any form of arbitrage to exploit Promotional offers constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all related Bonus Funds and winnings.

Where a Promotion requires a minimum qualifying deposit in PKR, only real-money deposits count — transfers from Bonus Funds balances do not qualify. bet5 is the sole authority on whether a particular activity qualifies for a Promotion, and its decisions are final.

All sports bets placed on the bet5 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the Sportsbook section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting markets:

• A bet is considered accepted and binding once it has been confirmed by the bet5 system and a unique bet reference number has been generated;
• Odds displayed are correct at the time of acceptance. In-play odds are subject to rapid change and bet5 reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without prior notice;
• In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious system error or manifest pricing error, bet5 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's Account;
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These limits are displayed in the relevant market and may be enforced even after a bet has been accepted;
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL matches, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is — are subject to specific cricket betting rules governing abandonment, reduced overs, and match suspension scenarios, which are published in the Cricket Betting Rules section;
• bet5 will not pay out on any bet that it reasonably suspects has been influenced by insider information, match-fixing, or any other form of corrupt activity. Such bets will be voided and the matter referred to the relevant sporting authority.

Minimum stake amounts apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Bets below the minimum stake will not be accepted by the system.

The bet5 casino offers a range of products including live dealer games, video slots, table games, and fishing games such as King of Fishing and 3 Gods Fishing. All games are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Habanero, NetEnt, and Play'n GO. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing in a controlled studio environment.

The following rules apply to all casino and game activity on the Platform:

• All games are independently tested and certified for fairness. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information section of each title;
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the game outcome will be determined by the game server log, which is the authoritative record. bet5 is not responsible for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues;
• Malfunction of any game software voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunction is confirmed, affected stakes will be returned to players' Accounts;

• Progressive jackpot games may have specific eligibility and payout rules. Jackpot wins above certain thresholds may require enhanced identity verification before payout is processed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet5 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per person or using another person's identity or payment details;
• Using any form of automated software, bot, scraper, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to support immediately;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live casino environments;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any third party;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform software;
• Abusing the customer support team through offensive, threatening, or discriminatory communications;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment disputes without first exhausting bet5's internal complaints procedure.

bet5 reserves the right to withhold winnings and freeze Account balances while an investigation into suspected prohibited activity is ongoing. Where an investigation concludes that prohibited activity has occurred, bet5 will void all affected bets and forfeit all associated balances without further recourse to the player.

bet5 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and player welfare. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and that players should always remain in control of their activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be accessed directly through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much PKR you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irreversible.

bet5 operates strict age verification procedures. Any attempt to register an Account by a person under the age of 21 will result in the immediate closure of the Account and forfeiture of any deposited funds pending return to the source payment method, subject to verification. bet5 may periodically re-verify the age of account holders.

All content on the bet5 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, user interface elements, software code, game assets supplied by third-party providers, and all other proprietary materials — is protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to bet5.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you by virtue of this licence.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bet5. Unauthorised use of bet5 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet5's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet5 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, even if foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, income, or revenue;
• Loss of business or contracts;
• Loss of anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or information;
• Losses arising from network failures, internet disruptions, or third-party payment processing delays;
• Losses arising from the use of incorrect or outdated information provided by data feeds or third-party suppliers;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any nature whatsoever.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by bet5's negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bet5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at bet5.im /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal data we collect includes, but is not limited to, your name, CNIC or passport number, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, email address, payment method details, and records of your gaming activity on the Platform. This data is used to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve our services.

bet5 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game suppliers — strictly for the purpose of delivering the services you have requested.

bet5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal procedures, or player eligibility criteria — bet5 will provide at least 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending an email notification to the address registered on your Account.

Changes of a minor or administrative nature — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision, or updates required by law — may take effect immediately upon posting without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. Any balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bet5 holds its international gaming licence. The application of any other national law — including the laws of Pakistan — is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you must first contact bet5 customer support at [email protected] and allow bet5 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter through its internal complaints procedure. bet5 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may refer the matter to independent arbitration conducted under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by the applicable gaming regulatory authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
